The Capstone Center

Our Program

Emphasizing interaction, language and functional skill building, Capstone’s program from birth through age 21 is designed to focus on the unique strengths of each child, while addressing those behaviors that interfere with learning and living.

  • Minimum 1:1 student-to-staff ratio

  • Five PhD.-level directors with direct learner involvement

  • Five hands-on Masters-level BCBAs®

  • Family-driven—how do we best serve the individual needs of each family?

  • Pre-vocational training, at Capstone and at job sites

  • Fun matters—field trips, games and trick-or-treating

In addition, The Capstone Center offers a host of services that put families at the center of everything we do.

  • Home and community-based programming via  CapConnect

  • Guidance for family-based issues (i.e. toileting, sleep) via CapConsulting

  • Convenient parent/caregiver meeting and training via CapCare

  • In-district supports via CAPabilities
